As Firm Administrator and Finance Manager at Burns, Figa & Will, she plays a key role in overseeing the firm's financial health while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Linda is dedicated to improving organizational performance by streamlining processes, implementing effective policies, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Jim Bollum
COO
With over 30 years of accounting and management experience, Jim Bollum is a trusted advisor dedicated to helping businesses build a strong financial foundation. Before co-founding Accounting Plus, LLC, he ran a bookkeeping business for 10 years and held accounting and leadership roles across various industries, gaining valuable insight into the challenges businesses face.
Since 2009, Jim has focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed. His experience with government accounting, public companies, private businesses, and startups allows him to provide practical, tailored guidance. Outside of work, Jim enjoys supporting dog rescues and spending time in the Rocky Mountains.
